Here goes....I'm starting a blog! Eeeek!

Hello I’m Jenna.

I should say straight out the gate, thank you so much for taking the time to read this, I'm still not sure if anyone even will but if you are, thank you.

So why did I decide to set up The Eleventh House?

After the arrival of my second child and a very long lockdown, I started feeling more and more that I wanted something more for myself, something that was purely my own, that I could grow and put all of my creative energy into. Like so many people, the pandemic really made me think about the kind of life and career I wanted going forward. After the initial shock of having two children subsided (and it was a MASSIVE shock, juggling two small children is no joke!) I quickly began to realise that I needed a little bit more flexibility around family life and that my current 9-5 job wasn't going to cut it anymore. Becoming a virtual assistant started to tick a lot of boxes henceforth The Eleventh House was born.

Last year, days could feel so long but at the same time 2021 was over in the blink of an eye! I’ve started to realise how time can easily slip away as you struggle to tick off everything on that never-ending to-do list.

Being a parent or not, there just never seems to be enough hours in the day to get everything done. We are constantly doing, doing, doing but essentially we are human ‘beings’ and sometimes we need help with all the ‘doing’ so that we can have a bit of breathing space, time to reflect and be more present in our lives.

My aim with The Eleventh House is to provide support to overwhelmed and close to burning out women by removing tasks from their endless to-do lists. I want to help women achieve space to grow and reclaim some joy that almost certainly gets lost in the day to day logistics and management of the mental load.

Since starting The Eleventh House I've come to realise more and more just how many women hold me up and keep me on track. Therefore paying it forward and continuing to support women whether in business or in their personal lives, no matter what form that takes, gives me massive amounts of joy and fulfillment.

If you're thinking that you might need a helping hand or just a quick chat to find out more ways that I could support you, please email me to book in for a free discovery call.
